Going to Isle of Man next week (28th June ~ 30th June), it is somewhere that I want to go for a long time. However this is just 1 problem, something that I've discovered today. I didn't realised that we have a staff meeting on 29th June @ 2pm, this is going to be a problem as my supervisors are expecting everyone to attend, and recently I think I am having some problems with my supervisors. I had 2 "warning conversation", although they considered that was a job chat and checking how I am. However, I just think they are trying to treating me in some ways.

I had 1 of those chat again today, that chat was definiately a warning type. Basically, I didn't complaint to my senior manager about the rota, all I did was a comment and it was a conversation. I never thought it will bring me into this "warning" conversation. It kinda annoyed me, especially they said yes I have asked you whether if it is okay for me to have 1 day off this week, but what they only did was published the rota and then asked. It gave me a feeling of I am told to do it rather being asked. I wasn't happy about it at all. Anyways, I should stop complaining, as I have 3 days off the week after (if I've survived). But I just disagree with the whole rota thing at the moment, it just gave us the feeling where we are working around my 2 supervisors' rota. I'm quite fed up of working in this environment, honestly fed up now.

Well I'm going to tell 1 of my supervisor that I won't be able to attend the meeting, let's see what it is going to happen, but I bet it wouldn't be pleasant, kinda freak out now.
