It's been awhile since I wrote anything in my blog. There are lots of things that I want to say here, as there was lots of things happened in the past few months. I can say it was quite a busy for me, not only becauses of the countless birthdays, but also having old friends coming back to HK for visits.
One of my good friend back in school, which I haven't seen him for a least 7 years since his last visit in HK. It was great to have him again for CIS gathering and having him in HK (for good I hope), at least for the time being, he is back in HK working. I think I've been seeing quite a lot of CIS friends, some who I've kept in touch all these years, some I haven't seen him/her since they left CIS. I just find it quite amazing how the social network can change your circle of friends. Anyways, it was good to see them again and catch up. I can't say they have changed a lot, but definitely we are different compare to before. We had this old old picture posted in Facebook recently and from there I've realised, I've aged and I look totally different. When I saw that picture again, I just wish that I would felt the same when I took that picture 9 years ago. I felt not just I've aged physically but also mentally. Sometimes, it might be a good thing to be what I was like 9 years ago.
For the past months, I've tried to catch up with as many friends as I can, I just felt I cannot miss out anymore time, as time just goes by too quickly. I should be more active before I started to forget. Kit and I went to Taiwan to visit and I've managed to see most of my Taiwanese friends that I know in my life. I want to thank Lucy for spending so many time with me during my trip, it was great to have her again and I can't tell you how much I missed her. In the same time, I want to thank Grace for making all the arrangements in Taichung, I know she must be busy but manage to drag some of her time for me during the weekend. I cannot express how appreciated I was, especially when you boyfriend had to run over the traffic light in order for us to catch the HSR. Kit and I felt really guilty for not being able to have a proper good bye with you two. Anyways, all I can say with my trip to Taiwan was colorful and busy. I should try to visit there again, as I really want to catch up with my friends again.
One thing that I would want to say in here was what I saw on last Saturday, I was walking with Kit in SSP and there was this lorry which trying to off load their stuff, when this man was trying to move the trolley away from the lorry to wherever he wants to go, he just accidentally bump into this old lady. At that time, I was just behind the old lady and jumping away for this "incident". The next thing I saw was this man starting to shout at this old lady asking her why she bump into her, then he started to punch the old lady's arm. I cannot believe what I saw!!! How can this man who actually the one who bumped into someone else started to blame others and started not just shouting and swearing but also physical contact with this OLD LADY!!!! The partner of the old lady can forward and asked the man why he started to hit the old lady, guess what that man said, he said if you started to get involved I will punch you as well. Oh my gosh, I know for fact that people will blame others for their mistake, but what's the point of getting all physical about it, afterall that was only a OLD LADY!!!! Anyways, I've left the incident but I was frustrated and angry about what I saw. However, there were nothing I can do, but just to walked pass it.
I guess I just want to share with you about this manic incident how this man bully the old lady. I just wish this man who get the punishment that he deserves one day.
